We will pay the delivery charges within Germany for orders from 150€ and above. You will find the postal charges for international deliveries here.

You will automatically receive a confirmation email when your parcel is dispatched. This will also include your tracking number so that you can easily track your parcel.
 
  1. Is it possible to have my parcel sent to a pickup locker?
Yes, we also deliver to pickup points.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you have bought on our Website, you can return it to us free of charge within 14 days of receipt. Thanks to a prepaid return label the return of all WERNER CHRIST products is easy and quick. You will find a returns sticker in the parcel.
 
  1. How do I get my money back if I return an item?
When we receive the item you have returned, we will check its condition before we accept the return and authorise a refund. This normally takes about 7 days.
Your money will be refunded to the same credit card or using the same method of payment as was used for the original payment and in the same currency.

  1. What is the proper way to care for my WERNER CHRIST jacket?
Our high-quality lambskins and leathers go through a unique finishing process. Our exclusive C3 long-term impregnation protects each product against wet conditions and soiling, making any type of pretreatment unnecessary.
We recommend using the C3 impregnation spray for any subsequent treatment. The outside of the jacket should be carefully impregnated all over with the C3 spray to ensure continued protection. The leather will still be fully breathable because the pores remain open.
 
Tips for care: lambskin and leather jackets will keep their charm for a long time if you let them air and shake them out regularly.
Light soiling on nappa or suede leather surfaces can be removed by carefully brushing it off when the leather is dry. A variety of highly specialised and elaborate production steps in our very own tannery and making-up shop lays the foundations for the creation of our hand-made, exclusive shearling and leather jackets and our leather accessories.

3. What sort of materials are used?
Our items are created from ONE AND THE SAME natural product, the differences being only in the leather and the various types of lambskin we use. These are sourced globally with the greatest of care by our team of specialists and are without exception sustainable secondary products because it is only those leathers and lambskins from animals raised for food production which WERNER CHRIST uses.
